Week 6

This was a very busy week so I do not have many individual photos. The puppies were able to go out this week and play. It was quite cold and snowy but at least it wasn't pouring rain! I am finally starting to match puppies to owners and at the end of this week, the pups will be assigned names also. It is going to be hard to let this litter go- they are such nice pups and there are a few I would really like to keep but I know they will bring a lot of joy to their new families.

5 week bonus

Tammy and Judy came from California to meet the Chinooks and visit the puppies. While they were here, they snapped many nice photos. I downloaded some of them onto my blog as a bonus to the week 5 pupdate.

Week 5

This week was a fun filled week for the puppies as well as adult pack members. We had guests fly up from California to meet the Moonsong family as well as visitors from around the state. The pups moved from gruel to moistened kibble, still with some goat's milk and baby food. Babies learned the 10 inside stairs in about 5 minutes and now I am shuffling gates all over the house blocking stairs, banisters and windows from possible kamikaze dives. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and puppies will be able to go outside this week for the first time.
All this visiting makes us very tired. Sleeping puppies are so sweet.
A full house- this is a picture of what the living room is like with 7 adult dogs, 9 puppies, and 3 guests.
More fun- the puppies LOVE living room time.
